Concept design – a personalised approach
The second stage begins with an on-site visit whenever possible. We take precise measurements, assess the technical condition, and prepare a detailed brief of the space.
Based on our initial conversations, we develop a tailor-made design concept presented through moodboards, sketches, and initial layout plans.
This is a collaborative phase, where we refine the aesthetic and functional direction together. Your feedback is essential—we adapt the concept to perfectly reflect your lifestyle, preferences, and vision, down to the smallest detail.

Design development – from vision to detail
Once the concept is approved, we move on to the detailed design phase—a key stage where our shared vision begins to take tangible form.
We prepare a comprehensive project presentation including visual references, floor plans, elevations, material boards, colour palettes, and mood collages. This becomes a foundational guide throughout the implementation process. We also present a curated selection of fabric samples, finishes, woods, marbles, and paint tones—each chosen to embody the spirit of the project.
At this stage, we consult with our trusted network of craftsmen and specialists—including builders, cabinetmakers, and stonemasons—to ensure technical feasibility and fine-tune every detail. We also provide a preliminary, realistic cost estimate, tailored to the selected materials and project scope.

Technical design & execution plans
At this crucial stage, we transform the approved concept into a fully detailed project, ready to be implemented by our contractors.
We prepare a complete set of technical documentation necessary for accurate execution, including:
- Demolition and new construction plans
- Floor layouts, plumbing and electrical schemes
- Furniture and built-in layout drawings
- Wall elevations and interior views
- Custom-made furniture technical drawings
We also support the final selection of materials, finishes, paints, fabrics, hardware, and accessories, presenting both physical samples and 3D visualisations to help you clearly visualise the final result.
We coordinate requests for quotes with trusted contractors and craftsmen to establish a precise, controlled budget.A detailed work schedule is also prepared to ensure smooth coordination and timely project completion.

Site supervision & project coordination
At this stage, Wronska-Boutet Studio provides precise and personalised supervision of the entire implementation process—from initial orders to the final furniture placement.
We handle the procurement of all approved materials and furnishings, including: parquet flooring, tiles, fittings, windows, radiators, showers, textiles, custom-made furniture, built-ins, lighting, and decorative elements—everything required to bring the project to life.
We coordinate all trades and contractors—including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and specialists—ensuring that every step aligns with the approved design, technical documentation, and timeline.
Our regular presence on-site allows us to closely monitor progress, answer technical questions, and swiftly address any challenges.Acting as the main point of contact, we maintain a smooth flow of communication between the client and all professionals involved.
We also manage the logistics of furniture and equipment deliveries: tracking shipments, quality control, unpacking, protection, and final installation—guaranteeing a flawless and stress-free execution.

Installation & final handover
The final stage is carried out with the same attention to detail as the design phase.
We coordinate professional cleaning of the entire space to ensure it is delivered in pristine condition. This is followed by the installation of furniture, lighting, and decorative elements.
A thorough final inspection is conducted to verify compliance with the design, the correct functioning of all systems, and the overall quality of the finishes.
